IDT-R-11 for SMP
 

The SM * -TR modular system represent a rational solution for driving on radial tool-disc.
It consists of SM * pneumatic or hydraulic servomotor turret,"PA" version with axial bore,

with IDT-R /11 series modular driven tool device.

Main Features:

  • Only the tool in the working position is driven.

  • Power drive for 6 of the 12 positions on tool disc. Coupling and uncoupling of the tool

  • in the working position, without dead times and without any specific impulse.

  • Integral protection against water and chips.

  • Suitable also for "back machining" applications.

 

IDT-R-30 for SMH
 

 

The SM * -H-TR modular system represent a rational solution for driving on radial tool-disc.
It consists of SM * -H hydraulic servomotor turret,"PA" version with axial bore, complete

with the NEW IDT-R /30 series MODULAR DRIVEN TOOL DEVICE.

Main Features:

  • Only the tool in the working position is driven.

  • All the disc stations can be used for rotating tools.

  • Coupling and uncoupling of the tool in the working position, without dead times.

  • Integral protection against water and chips.

  • Suitable also for "back machining" applications.

 

ODT-N-30

MODULAR
It is applied externally to the SM/BSV-N standard turrets. No transmission member is inserted in the toolholders disc or in the turret. It mates to toolholder discs with seats

to DIN standards without altering the characteristics dimensions.

 

COMPACT
The device is contained within the space normally existing between the toolholder disc

and the turret housing and does not alter the characteristics overall dimensions of the disc/turret composition. It does not generate any interference with the machine tailstock.

 

RATIONAL
Only the tool is the working position is driven. Transmission is via rolling bearings with increased efficiency. All the disc stations (on the same diameter) can be used for rotating tools.

 

RELIABLE
Integral protection flange of the coolant circuit and the coupling. Seal-proof transmission

and lubricated for life. No need for protective cover.

 

POWERFUL
Elevated transmissible torques and high speed.

 

ORIGINAL
Coupling and uncoupling of the working toolholder without dead time and without any

specific impulse. The principle is patented.
